Our pizza dough, sauce and Italian Sausage are 65 year old family recipes created by “Pizza Bill” in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. He has generously shared his famous recipe with our family, and with it, JJ Twig’s Pizza & Pub has been going strong for 35 years. We are so happy St. Louis has enjoyed it since 2006!

Our cheese is 100% Whole Milk Mozzarella, our Italian Sausage is made in Chicago just for us. Our sauce, dough and toppings are prepared fresh daily in our kitchen.

JJ Twig’s is not a fast food restaurant. Our pizza and most items on the menu are prepared to order with only the freshest ingredients. Since we pride ourselves in satisfying our customers, we will never compromise our quality by taking short cuts to speed the process. So we thank you in advance for your patience.
